A portion of the tokens were reserved for health grants and user data bounties … people with rare data should be rewarded for sharing it… so for those users, they probably wouldn’t need to have tokens unless they wanted to acquire more than they are assigned.

Also my wife recently started losing her hair again so we are actively trying to find more solutions, looking into genetic testing and stem cell therapy.
